This
eyewash filling machine is mainly applicable
for round bottles of plastic or glass
with volume of 5-15 mls. By adopting high
precision cam dividing mechanism it finishes
plugging and capping. Cam rotating controls
the fluctuation of the screw capping.
Fixed torque is used for screw capping.
Peristaltic pump calculates filling volume.
And the touching screen is fully controlled
by a computer. It will not fill and fix
inner corks without finding bottles and
will not fix outer caps without finding
inner corks. It is precisely positioned
and stably driven and can protect caps
with the precise metering and easy operation.
