Brief
Introduction
Based on GB/T15692.1-1995,2.3.14 this
machine can fill eyewash into bottles,
fix corks and screw caps. In order to
meet customers’ demand we can also install
100-grade laminar flow clean system to
our pharmaceutical equipments which meets
the requirement of GMP.( see pic 2)。

Characteristic:
Automatically completing filling,
adding inner corks, pressing outer
caps and screwing caps.
Operation speed adjusting by frequency
conversion and automatically counting.
Set by computers, it fills bottles
by peristaltic pumps. Bottle filling
programs can be set without stopping
the machine. It is precisely filled
with easy operation. With no contamination
it is easy to be cleaned and disinfected.
The filling system has backsiphon
function which avoids dripping.
Hand and automatic adding corks,
pressing outer caps. It adopts
fixed torque to screw caps, which
ensures reliable screwing.
Working
Principles
When a single
machine is used, manually arrange
bottles in square plates, then
send them into guipure, and square
plates automatically distribute
and enter into bottle conveying
track. Or when on line, through
the front bottle cleaning and
drying machine the square plates
enter into bottle conveying track,
and then filling begins. After
arranging caps via vibration,
mechanically press into the bottle
mouth, then arranging caps via
vibration again, mechanically
press caps, and finally screw
the caps through the cap revolving
head and send the bottle to label
and print batch numbers. |
